Uninterruptible Power Supply Test System for Reliable Performance Assessment

The VILVA-VATE uninterruptible power supply test system provides customized test solutions for different types of UPS. Its open architecture and flexible configuration design allow customers to freely integrate diverse hardware resources. This advantage allows the VATE system to not only meet existing testing needs, but also easily cope with product updates and iterations, greatly improving customers' convenience and adaptability when conducting UPS testing.

The VATE standard configuration can be used for testing finished and semi-finished UPS products. It can automatically activate, measure, calibrate and verify the UPS. This system software is developed based on the Windows platform and can download, configure and verify the test program that comes with the UPS.

    Meet the three-three, three-single, and single-single model tests;
    Contains DC input, AC input, and inverter output interfaces;
    The DC input includes DC Source input and battery input, and the two are interlocked and related;
    AC input includes mains input and AC Source input, both of which are interlocked and related;
    Each input and output interface has voltage, current, power and other electrical parameter sampling;
    The inverter output has a short circuit test function (optional);
    Reserve external serial port and USB interface to facilitate communication with the prototype;
    The input and output interfaces use quick-plug connectors to facilitate prototype wiring;
    Equipped with code scanning gun (supports two-dimensional and three-dimensional) and supports code scanning test (optional);
    All instruments and meters are equipped with remote control functions and are uniformly controlled by the host computer;
    The system is equipped with RCD load and DC charging load (load type is optional); System battery pack optional;
    Both input and output circuits can be tested for instantaneous switching and instantaneous switching;
    System emergency stop protection, load over-temperature alarm and protection.
