PCB Testing Equipment

Vilva PCBA testing equipment includes FCT functional testers and ICT in-circuit testers. FCT verifies whether assembled PCBA meets design specifications by simulating actual working environments and checking output signals. It detects component misplacement, poor soldering and functional failure, covering power supply test, digital & analog function test, and communication interface tests like UART and USB.
ICT adopts dedicated needle bed fixtures to contact PCBA test points for electrical measurement. It focuses on checking component parameters, mounting errors such as missing or reversed parts, as well as open and short circuits. Capable of pinpointing faulty components accurately, it supports static testing and perfectly adapts to high-volume mass production, greatly improving production quality and testing efficiency.
