VILVA-RH series 100~200kW high-density programmable AC load bank is VILVA newly developed high-power test load equipment. It adopts innovative resistor technology together with new-generation high-speed large-air-volume cooling fans. With compact cabinet layout, its footprint is reduced by 50% vs traditional load banks.

This programmable AC resistive load is designed for indoor power equipment acceptance test. It can simulate steady & step-changing load for diesel generator, UPS, energy storage system, to verify power output, temperature rise and stability of power supplies. Touchscreen control and full electrical protection are integrated. Multiple units support parallel connection for larger power testing requirements.

Customer Power-on Pain Points & Solutions

1. Pain Point：Traditional load bank is too bulky and takes up large workshop floor space, hard to move for indoor power-on acceptance test.
   Solution: Our VILVA-RH adopts high-density resistor and high-air-volume fan design. The cabinet size is reduced by half, compact and mobile with casters. It is convenient to deploy for indoor power-on burn-in and acceptance test.
2. Pain Point: Unable to simulate real step/steady load during power-on test, can not fully verify power supply’s actual working performance.
   Solution: Programmable load function. It can set steady-state and step-changing load during power-on, simulating real working load to test generators, UPS and energy storage equipment. Check power output, temperature rise and stability under loaded power-on condition.
3. Pain Point: Long-time unattended power-on test has high risk of overheating, over-current, which may damage the tested power equipment.
   Solution: Built-in multi-layer interlock protection including over-temperature, over-current, over-voltage & under-voltage. It triggers alarm and automatically cuts off load once abnormal signals detected, protecting both DUT and load bank during continuous power-on test.
4. Pain Point: Single unit power capacity limited; hard to meet large power power-on commissioning requirements.
   Solution: Multiple VILVA-RH load banks can be synchronized and paralleled. Combine several units together to get higher total load capacity for large power system power-on acceptance.
5. Pain Point: Manual recording of power-on test data, no standardized records for project handover and quality traceability.
   Solution: Real-time automatic data logging during power-on testing. Record voltage, current, power and temperature continuously. Export formal test reports for factory QC and EPC project acceptance.
