    Product Description

    This test system is developed based on the national standard protocols GB/T18487.1-2015, GB/T34657.1-2017, NB/T33008.2-2018, and based on the European standard protocols IEC61851-23, ISO15118, IEC 62196-1, IEC62196-2 , IEC62196-3 development, suitable for national standard, European standard, and American standard AC charging pile manufacturers. For charging pile manufacturers with large scale and large production capacity, it will be more obvious in improving production efficiency.

    The test system mainly includes industrial computers, vehicle sockets (national standard AC, European standard AC, American standard AC), vehicle battery management system simulation software, vehicle control simulation circuit, oscilloscope, power meter, resistive load, safety comprehensive tester, industrial Computers, AC variable frequency power supplies, etc. The electric vehicle AC charging interface simulation device can truly simulate the charging process and various faults. The device can meet connection detection, charging handshake, configuration and charging, detection of charging voltage and current, and interoperability testing, etc.

    Can meet interoperability related timing tests, such as T1, T1’, T2, T2’, T3, T3’, T3 ” time, etc.;
    Configure a code scanner to quickly scan products and enter the coding information of the product to be tested (optional);
    The testing software has the functions of editing test items, flexibly adjusting test parameters, and automatically generating test reports;
    Integrated test product communication instruction set, parameter reading, parameter correction, etc.;

    Test results can be archived to facilitate statistical report management;

    Optional measurement verification function: built-in multi-channel wave recording module, which can collect charging voltage, current, and CP signals to facilitate timing observation. LAN, RS232, WIFI and other communication methods, built-in WIFI hotspot, remote wireless terminal. 0.05 level calibration test items: working error, indication error, payment amount error, clock indication error, which can complete the 0.05 level measurement calibration test function of JJG1148-2022.
