VILVA-EV AC Charging Pile Aging System for Electric Vehicle Testing

The VILVA-EV AC charging pile aging system is used for the factory aging test of finished AC charging piles to ensure that the
performance of the finished product is stable and the shipment yield rate meets the requirements. Supports multiple standards, supports single/three-phase charging piles, supports national standard single-phase/three-phase, European standard single-phase/ three-phase, and American standard charging pile product aging tests.

    Product features (Thermostatic control)

     Number of workstations: Each group has three floors, each floor has 3 workstations, a total of 2 groups of back-to-back design, with a total of 18 workstations;
    Load requirements: Each group is connected to an 8-40A intelligent electronically controlled load and adopts an energy-feeding load to realize power recovery and save 85% of electricity bills;
    Power supply socket: Each workstation is equipped with 10A/16A national standard socket, 32A European standard five-core industrial socket, and 50A American standard four-hole straight socket;
    Charging socket: Each workstation is equipped with a single-phase/three-phase AC charging socket (in line with national standards/ European standards/American standards);
    Simulated charging: simulates the entire process from connection to charging of the charging pile, and each channel can be stopped at any time independently;
    Parameter setting: Industrial computer management system, parameters such as load current and test time can be freely set in the computer;
    Test requirements: Each charging pile is scanned and tested independently in an orderly manner. The test can be started or stopped at will. An alarm will be issued if the product is defective or the test is completed. The system will automatically store the test data at the same time.
    Storage requirements: The aging data will automatically be stored corresponding to the barcode of each product. , can generate electronic reports and support print output;
    Data upload: Connected with the MES system, the data can be uploaded to the company's traceability system and can be accessed at any time;
    Equipment chassis: It adopts integrated sheet metal baking process. Compared with the aluminum frame structure, this equipment is not only beautiful but also solid and durable;
    Constant temperature control: the ambient temperature reaches 60 degrees, and the temperature can be set;
    CP voltage, frequency, duty cycle, CC resistance display and record (optional).

    Product features (Normal temperature)

     16 aging channel data display: voltage, current, power, electricity;
    The aging rack is equipped with quick crimp terminals and pile-specific power sockets;
    The load fan adopts a small axial flow fan, which has the characteristics of large air volume, good heat dissipation and low noise;
    Each channel is configured with S2 switch;
     Control method: Aging rack control adopts main contactor + each micro circuit breaker control;
     Each workstation of the aging rack is marked with a work indicator light;
     Use quick-plug connectors to facilitate wiring with products;
     Aging bench and load separation mode, the load part can be used independently, and can also be used for testing other products. The load can be equipped with resistive load and feedback energy-saving load.
