The system supports manual switching between local/remote modes with an interlock design to ensure operational safety:

• Local Mode: When switched to the "Local" position, the device can be operated directly via the touchscreen. Users can also switch to remote mode via the touchscreen to suit on-site commissioning needs.

• Remote Mode: When switched to the "Remote" position, the touchscreen is automatically disabled. Users can connect through the RS485 communication interface on the terminal block, develop independent software, and integrate it into a host computer system for centralized control.

Data Visualization Management

Equipped with self-developed data management software and a three-phase integrated power meter, it displays key parameters in real time, including load voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, and frequency. Data can be exported via the debugging assistant on a USB drive and viewed on any computer.

Supports parallel operation of multiple units, enabling unified management of multi-load system parameters. It is perfectly suitable for high-power electrical equipment testing in large power stations, airports, and other facilities, providing efficient solutions for large-scale testing.

• High-Precision Load Output: Rated voltage AC 10.5kV, 50Hz/60Hz, resistive load up to 1800kW, power factor 1. Supports three-phase synchronous step-by-step switching to accurately simulate various load conditions.

• Robust Protection Design: Containerized structure with IP54 protection rating. Operates stably in a wide temperature range of -10℃ ~ +50℃, easily adapting to harsh environments such as humidity, dust, and large temperature fluctuations.
