1.2. The charging current can be continuously adjusted within the range of (6 ~ 30) A, and is not affected by the change of the input AC voltage. During the constant current charging, the current remains unchanged, no need to manually adjust.
1.3. Automatic charging is carried out strictly according to the charging characteristic curve of the battery. The designed charging mode is “constant current→ (equal charging voltage regulation) constant pressure and current reduction → (automatic discrimination is turned into) turbulent floating charging”, which has a fast charging speed. The charging reduction efficiency is high, no manual duty is required, the battery is not overcharged for a long time, and the battery life is ensured.

Third, the introduction of charging principle
The charger uses about one quarter of the selected charging current as the discrimination threshold for the equalization-floating charge conversion, and the threshold is in the equalization state, and the threshold is in the floating state. The charging process as shown in the figure is: charging the battery with constant current charging with the selected charging current in the early stage of charging; when the battery voltage reaches the equalizing voltage setting value set by the charger, it automatically switches to constant voltage and current reducing charging; When the current decreases to the switching threshold of the equalization/floating charge, it automatically switches to floating charging. If the voltage of the battery pack terminal is equal to the voltage regulator of the charger, the charging current is zero; it is generally recognized that the battery is fully charged and the charging is completed. If charging continues at this time, after a period of time, turbulence that maintains the floating state will gradually appear. Designed to have the above-described charging characteristics, that is, firstly, with a higher (equal charge) constant voltage, each battery of the battery pack can be fully fully charged faster, and then the battery is maintained at a lower (floating charge) voltage. Avoid overcharging, unattended or reduce operator effort.
