1. The product overview
The VILVA-DC75V/DC125V-1000A-R load bank has a built-in pure resistive load; the power input uses segmented combination control, which can simulate various power loads in any combination. It meets the needs of DC power supply and equipment full load detection of battery packs, charging piles, rectifier modules, etc. It is an indispensable testing tool for production workshops, laboratories, installation and commissioning, and scientific research and development.
The discharge power can be arbitrarily combined and set according to the performance parameter detection requirements.
The host has a temperature overheating automatic alarm protection function: when there is overheating due to special reasons, the load can be automatically cut off.
The new power consumption component has high power density and no red heat phenomenon. The whole machine is composed of resistive load.
The power input is controlled by a segmented switch. The load works in energy-consuming mode, and the heat dissipation uses forced air cooling.
The fan adopts a small axial flow fan, which has the characteristics of large air volume, good heat dissipation and low noise.
The above characteristics make the whole machine superior to imported products in terms of safety, reliability and noise reduction.

4.Resistive load module
The resistive load module is made up of several special nickel-chromium alloy resistors. As a power consuming component, the alloy resistor is made of special alloy. The external heat sink is made of stainless steel. The middle is filled with insulating medium, and the resistor is packaged in it to meet the needs of load testing.
The alloy has good electrical resistance, high heat dissipation performance, uniform heat conduction, and the operating temperature is only 1/3 of the design temperature. The temperature drift is small, the resistance value is stable, and there is no red heat for a long time. It has the effects of acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance, rain resistance, moisture resistance and corrosion resistance, and can be used all day.
The resistive load module uses exclusive technology to fix the alloy resistance on the insulating material board. The whole module is sealed and sealed by internal insulation and insulation board to ensure insulation and safety even in wet weather. A short circuit accident caused by a drop in internal resistance due to internal resistance.
