I. Overview
VILVA-AC380V-30KW-RLC AC load box is mainly used for inverter, UPS power supply, generator set and other occasions. Simulated resistive load to detect the performance of various power supply different loads. The power input is uniformly optimized to meet the needs of different loads.
The resistive load adopts a new type of power consumption component. The resistor is heat-shrinked and sealed and installed in a stainless steel tube. The outer part of the steel tube is insulated with heat sink: good moisture and corrosion resistance, good heat dissipation, high insulation, safety and reliability. The high power density of the resistive element, three-phase current balance, no red heat phenomenon, and independent cooling fan ensure the heat dissipation and service life of the whole system. The load overcomes the fact that the water resistance test system cannot accurately control the resistance value, the water is easy to boil, easy to scale, can not be subjected to sudden loading/depression load reduction test, and is difficult to control. It is an upgraded product of water resistance. This product has high safety, low maintenance cost, low noise and strong overload capability.
The fan adopts the axial flow fan, which has the characteristics of large air volume, high speed, good heat dissipation and low noise. The above characteristics make the whole machine superior to imported products in terms of safety, reliability and noise reduction.

3. The main components
3.1 resistive load
The resistive load is composed of a plurality of special alloy resistors in parallel. The outer part of the alloy resistor is made of 304 stainless steel sheet as the heat-dissipating material, and the outer tube is made of 304 stainless steel tube as anti-rust and anti-corrosion component. The inside is filled with the thermal conductive insulating medium magnesium oxide powder, and the power consumption component nickel-chromium alloy resistor is packaged therein.
The alloy has good electrical resistance, high heat dissipation performance, uniform heat conduction, and the operating temperature is only 1/3 of the design temperature. The temperature drift is small, the resistance value is stable, and there is no red heat for a long time. It has the effects of acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance, rain resistance, moisture resistance and corrosion resistance, and can be used all day.
The resistive load is fixed on the insulating board by the alloy resistor. The entire resistive load is sealed and sealed by the inner insulation and the insulating board. It can ensure insulation and safety even in low temperature and humid weather, and can prevent adjacent resistance. Short circuit accident caused by a decrease in internal resistance.
3.2 Inductive load
The inductive load is composed of multiple sets of solid-state dry reactors. The iron core is made of high-quality low-loss cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, and the air gap is made of epoxy laminated glass cloth plates to ensure that the air gap of the reactor does not change during operation; The fasteners of the reactor core are made of non-magnetic materials to reduce eddy current heating during operation. After the reactor coil and the iron core are assembled into one body, the process is pre-baked → vacuum immersion paint → hot bake curing, and the H-level impregnating varnish is used to firmly combine the coil and the iron core of the reactor, which is not only greatly reduced. It reduces the noise during operation and has a high heat resistance level, which ensures that the reactor can operate safely and without noise at high temperatures; the exposed parts are waterproof, anti-salt and anti-mold; the terminal is used Tinned copper tube terminals.
The reactor has low loss, high efficiency, low temperature rise, and stable operation for a long time under rated load. No noise, no pollution, no need for routine maintenance, long service life.
3.3.The control panel description
The control panel consists of an LED display, a self-locking button with a light (LED), a miniature circuit breaker, an emergency stop button, and a buzzer.
1. The LED display instantly displays the current load electrical parameter values, including: voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency power value, etc. (display power customer optional);
2. With light (LED) self-locking button. The “Power Switch” indicator button controls the total power supply (including the fan) to be turned on and off, and the “Load Switch” indicator button controls the total power supply on and off.
3. The miniature circuit breaker is said to be open here. The power resistor "gear switch" (R, L, C) uses a miniature circuit breaker to control load on and off. When the load is used, it is closed according to the silkscreen content. Disconnect the corresponding open when unloading.
4. The emergency stop button is pressed in an emergency to ensure that the load power is disconnected quickly and reliably.
5. There is an over temperature alarm on the panel. When the load temperature is too high, the over-temperature alarm buzzer buzzer flashes and sounds an alarm.
